Understood.org is the lifelong guide for the 70 million people in the U.S. who have learning and thinking differences, like ADHD and dyslexia. We believe every person should have an opportunity to thrive, regardless of how they learn and think. 

We provide people with the tools and information they need to navigate challenges, improve skills, discover strengths, and find support. Our digital resources and community help people with differences — and those who support them — to build confidence. We created the “Find Your Path” campaign to reach parents of kids with ADHD and dyslexia. It shows them where to find free, trusted resources on Understood.org to help them on their path to thriving.
