National Marrow Donation Program

At Be The Match®, we connect patients battling life-threatening blood cancers and blood diseases with ordinary people who can save their lives. This PSA tells the story of Laila, a child diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease, and Kenton, a young man whose blood stem cell donation provided her a second chance at life. Bonded by this life-changing experience, they hope their story can inspire others to donate.

The Be The Match Registry® is the most diverse registry in the world, connecting adult donors  willing to donate to a stranger in need with searching patients. We work every day to save lives through transplant, but we cannot do it alone. Finding a life-saving match depends on shared  genetic traits and ethnic background. Simply put, the more people who join the registry, the better chance kids like Laila can enjoy being kids.

By airing these PSAs, you’re helping find a cure for thousands of patients fighting for their lives.
